Hall of Fame
Young, was a four-year member and one-year captain of the Mariners Volleyball team. She was a part of the first North Atlantic Conference Championship in 2007 and her team went on to win three consecutive NAC Championships and appear in three NCAA Tournaments.
Young received multiple postseason honors including 2008 NAC Player of the Year and NAC Tournament MVP, two NAC First Team All-Conference Selections, two NAC All-Tournament Selections, two NAC All-Academic Team Selections, and one NAC Second Team All-Conference Selection. She currently ranks second all-time in the Mariners Volleyball record book for solo blocks (106) and third all-time in total blocks (165).
