WATERVILLE, Maine — The North Atlantic Conference announced its 2025 volleyball all-conference awards on Thursday, and six Maine Maritime Academy players were honored, along with Maine Maritime's coaching staff being named Coaching Staff of the Year.
First-year head coach Jessany Petricevic and her staff of Rachel Melampy '23, Mark Moran, and Therese Biggie led the Mariners to a 21-9 overall record and an 8-0 mark in conference play during the regular season. The Mariners did not drop a set in NAC play and capped an impressive campaign by winning their second straight NAC title.
Senior
Ila Smith earned First-Team All-Conference recognition after finishing second on the team and among the conference's top five with 216 kills. Smith led the NAC and ranked fourth nationally with a .437 attack percentage, while also posting a team-high 36 blocks, 30 digs, and earning two NAC Player of the Week awards.
Junior
Sydney Williams joined Smith on the first team after leading the NAC with 329 kills and ranking second in the league with a .317 attack percentage. Williams added 46 service aces, 192 digs, and 30 blocks, and collected four NAC Player of the Week honors.
Senior
Hunnie Zuber-Stephens earned Second-Team All-Conference accolades after leading the NAC with 769 assists and 83 service aces. She added 60 kills, 166 digs, and seven blocks.
Junior
Ally Hadley also earned second-team recognition, finishing with 213 kills and ranking second on the team with 60 service aces. She contributed 82 assists, 212 digs, and 11 blocks.
Sophomore
Hannah Tate secured MMA's final second-team nod after recording a team-high 302 digs, along with 47 service aces and 88 assists. Tate was a two-time NAC Defensive Player of the Week this season.

Bre Kerr was selected to the NAC Sportsmanship Team.
