WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Maine Maritime Academy finished 44th, in a 50 team field, in the New England Division III Men's Cross Country Regional Saturday at Stanley Park.

The Mariners had seven runners finish in a field of 351 runners. Wyatt LaPage (30:13.30) finished 256th to lead MMA. Other finishers included Vijay Kataria (30:25.24), Evan Vashon (30:30.53), Chase Reidelbach (31:15.54), Foster Blake (31:46.28), Noel Deserres-Gauthier (32:04.85) and Kyle Huston (35:00.96).

Middlebury placed five runners in the top 26 to edge NESCAC rivals Bowdoin, Bates, Williams and Tufts for the team title.
